I pulled mine to replace it with a 242. 117k with no problems. 23 spline. $150 firm. Anywhere in RI southern MA or northern CT.

Does anybody know the interchange on years for these? I've got a friend here in CT with a 94 sport that needs a new 231.

I believe it was 97 the output shaft changed, so you would need a new DS. Then just count splines and measure input shaft length of the TC.
