wtb: 98 or newer XJ

i'm looking for a Jeep for a friend of mine. 98 or newer XJ, those years are basically all the same as far as options but it must be a 4.0L automatic, under 150K miles. in good condition. this will be a daily driver so no beaters or trail rigs. if it needs basic wear-and-tear stuff its not a big deal but no mechanic specials please. body should be straight and relatively rust/rot free..
the closer to western mass the better but willing to travel for the right rig.
