Who lives in Parker area?

Need some pros/cons or other relevant info to the area. Always only buzz through there. Oddly the prices there seem to be considerably better than up north. Enough so to make my commute worth while.

Right at Jordan and Lincoln. We like it. Spread out but everything is here. I can't say things are "cheap" here, but its what we could afford and love our place!

What do you want to know? I love it here. But its my first place of residence in this state, so my views may differ from a Native.
