I am back from Sun Buggying in the desert. Was a great time! All I could think about was getting my Jeep out here, but all in all dune-buggy was just awesome.

Anyone ever hear of the Rhino? These guys had them out there and they were lifted high and had shocks all the way to the top of the truck! These things were made for climbing rocks. I have never seen anything like it before.

Yep. So has Phil. He strapped a couple of them up a certain "easy" trail in JV one night.

The key words here being "a couple"...

:D

No, they weren't.

:gag:

The only thing better than breaking on an easy trail is breaking on an easy trail at night with a bunch of people you don't know. :looser:

do you mean these Rhinos?

These ones were kinda like that but I think a little bigger. (Taller wise, and smaller wheel base)
They are slow and pretty low gearing.

They were racing this in the Baja 500 in a new class. This one finished I believe and it actually hauled butt with a 1500cc engine.
