I watched MJR rebuild Ron's t-case in Moad a couple years back, does that count.

and its a 231 not a 242. ive never rebuilt a tcase i wouldnt even know where to start

Mike, I'll come help out... Haven't done it either but would like to learn.. I want to put an XJ 242 T/C in the ZJ, which requires tearing down and changing the input gear from the POS ZJ 249.... I'll help do something.. even if its stand around and model for Coors or Budweiser.:thumbup:
