Locker or no locker, during winter driving you anticipate slick conditions whether they be continuous or intermittent. At these times you are not stomping down on the skinny pedal and therefore the locker is not engaged. Accelerate with ease and anticipate driving conditions and the NS in the rear is not an issue.
