Socialism has failed everywhere it been applied, and more often than not, is merely as stepping stone for dictators to enslave their subjects. Read history. Socialist and communist movements have been attacking the Constitution ever since it was ratified........denying that folks like you exist, renaming yourselves as Liberals, Progressives, New Order, New Deal, DSA, CPUSA......pick one, the agendas are all similar in nature and they all remove personal liberties and freedoms from the people.

He tries to disguise his every action, instead of just being honest about his goals and objectives. Let's be clear, his goals are Socialist in nature by definition. He calls himself a Constitutional scholar, as though he cares about it and upholds his Oath of Office.....he can't even be honest about that. He uses his knowledge of the Constitution to undermine it and look for ways around it.
When he took the Oath of Office, he swore to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States", yet he openly declares that if Congress won't support his objectives, the he'll implement them himself. This is a direct violation of the checks and balances that are required under the Constitution and outside his role as President.
The Executive Branch is given the power to carry out laws and enforce laws, not create laws or bypass the enforcement of laws, i.e. refusal to enforce current immigration laws, thus compromising the national security and sovereignty of our country, refusal to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act.

On June 15, 2012, Obama declared the he would not uphold the current immigration laws and allow certain illegal aliens residing in our country to stay. So he is knowingly trampling on the Constitution that he promised to uphold. This is the action of a dictator.
When the Branch responsible for creating laws failed to comply with Obama's objectives, he bypassed the Constitution and implemented portions of the Dream Act. He completely bypassed the Legislative Branch.
Will they have the right to vote as US Citizens, without adhering to current laws required to earn the right of citizenship?
