transfer case lower brack

Well, I haven't done the whole swap out, but I know you have to have some way to support the tranny while you drop the crossmember to put in the lowering spacers. So if you have that figured out, you're half way there. THen you just have to go do it.

But really, I had them for a while, then when I went to my new crossmember when I did longarms, I took them out, and didn't notice much difference. Oh, and I have not done a SYE kit yet, so you know. Although that is what I would recommend, instead of the transfer case lowering kit.

I haven't crawled under my Jeep lately, but if I remember correctly, it's:
1: Place jack on tranny/tcase. I use 8x12 wood blocks, use what you have.
2: Undo 4 bolts to frame.
3: Slowly lower floor jack 1-2"
4: Insert spacers/bolts
5: Raise jack slightly
6: Tighten bolts.
Done deal.

Like I said, it's been awhile. But this is what common sense tells me.

i've been messing with my new TnT skid alot lately. i've taken it on and off 5-6 times now. heck, i had it out, the old one back in, the front shaft removed, and test drove it in less than an hour. it really is that easy.
