Track Bar problems

Is there a proper way to measure for the perfect length

basically I have 9-9.5 inchs of lift

Rustys 8.5-9 lift springs
RockKrawler 3 link Longarms setup
Rustys 6.5 leafs
2" shackle
1" block


Im trying to figure out is there a sure way of measuring to center your axle with the track bar?

With the tires on the ground and the track bar unattached at one end, center the axle under the body by pushing on the body or very slowly moving the steering wheel. Measure from the same place on the tire or rim to the same place on the unibody or the shock. When the measurement are equal on both sides, adjust your track bar to fit the bolt hole.

I ordered rustys OTK system with the new upgraded track bar relocation kit so I was wondering about how to get it all centered....since I had problems from the first time....
