those couragia seem to look bad ass.. cheap too.. are they 6 ply?

Couragia's are made my Federal in Taiwan. They are good looking tires. From what I've been told the tires are good but Federal doesn't build but a certain quantity of these tires per year. Federal instead focuses on performance tires where they can make more money. A supplier told me that they have enough tires on order that would equal 2.5 years of the plant's Couragia production.

I thought about trying a set.
 
I've had several sets of Federal Formoza 165/45/15 and they were always decent and fairly tough for a very lowpro tire, wonder if their LT's are as good
