Gonna be a "shower with Rev" ticket in this year's raffle?

My list is pretty short;
1. Build long arm front suspension
2. Buy tires (33")
3. Lock the 8.25
4. Build roof rack
5. Finish rear bumper to fill in the cut quarters
6. TJ flares
7. etc., etc.

Ok, maybe it's not so short. I should at least have tires by then!

try to get this thing done by then (too long of a list to post)....otherwise, I will be wheeling my 2000. at least I have a 'plan B' ;)

Put me down for 5 tickets.

This week I finished:

Front frame plating with 1/4" plate.

So here we go:

Seats

cut out entire floor pan and build custom floor from back wall to the firewall
brake booster and master cylinder for rear discs (got it)
locate hydraulic slave cylinder mounts for sm465 4spd transmission
mount all brake lines
front brake hoses
rear center hose
fuel cell install (got it)
drag link
tie rod
hydro assist
spool rear d60 probably do axle shafts, hate to spool without disired shafts
front locker of some kind.
install advance adapter small block motor mounts (got it)
install Tune Port Injected 350 (got it)
install Transmission and t case (got them)
install the Painless Wiring harness (got it)
find proper manifolds or shorty headers
y pipe and exhaust system with oxygen sensor
build cross member
traction bar
build square driveshafts unless i somehow find money for shafts
build flat bed
rocker replacement with possbily plate or box tube
one or two batteries
radiator hoses
cooling fan(s)
about 22 more lug nuts
shocks all the around
rear limiting straps to avoid breaking leaf springs
wrangler leaves with the proper amount of lift after the powertrain is in (currently stock)

pretty sure there is more but oh well. i've spent about 15 hours a week for the last two weeks and will probably continue to do at least that until its finished. Working again in a fab shop is such a great thing.

finally going to wheel again. Last event for the MJ was Winterfest 03.

The 2 quarts of gear oil in my truck caught my eye this morning and I kicked myself for not leaving them in the Jeep.

No worries.
I left a big ol' 3 gal. jug at Jim's.

supprisingly my Jeep survived the year pretty good so i've got a pretty short list this winter.

1) order new driveshaft
2) change fluids
3) general check
4) traction bar if i can find the money
5) wash the years mud off
6) wait until WF

Is there a wrong way?

Depends on which jeep I will be bringing. The woody needs a few things and so does the black beast.

List for the woody:

MPI swap
new tranny and tranfer case
weld up the 8.8
front tow points installed
t/c skid plate(no more holes in the t/c)
install a radio that works
install 4.5" springs with spacer
install new control arms
install shackles out back

I'm sure there is more. If I bring the 96 the list is not so long.
