TC Magnet

Well, I took my transfer case out for a second time because I did not get a good seal the first time and it was leaking. And I forgot to put the dang magnet back in. This will be the third time taking it out in a month, and I'd really rather not do that. What do y'all think? Epoxy a magnet to the outside? Find a magnetic drain plug?

On the np242, the filter is right near the lower drain plug, so I'm hesitant to put a magnet right by that

The plugs are 22mm-1.50 if you wanna go that route.

Thank you for your reply. Definitely helpful for when I upgrade the plugs. I think I'm gonna steer clear of a magnet for the lower plug tho. I bought a stronger magnet to glue to the bottom of the case. I think that'll work ok for now.
