If that's the case, it must be a POS. Most "buy here pay here" lots have a down payment around what they actually have in the vehicle. That way they can take the risk financing those with bad credit.

I'm pretty sure it was a typo, it's been fixed. Now it says $19,995, someone left out a 9 originally.
