you get 3,500 if the new car gets 4 MPG more than your trade
you get 4,500 if the new car gets 8 MPG more than your trade

SUV OR TRUCK

you get 3,500 if the new car get 2 MPG more than your trade

But im unemployed and until I get a job and my finances back on track, a new jeep is out of the questions.

I called a couple dealerships and they said that if i can drive my jeep to their lot I can trade it in for cash for clunkers program. What you guys think.

You can get financed with no proof of income, i.e. no job, "customer service reps and their managers", etc. Lending institutions still use computers to approve deals, with auto approval based on credit you never have to submit poi, references, por, etc.​
