Replaced IACV, now it's worse

Hand vacuum pump, Harbor Freight may have them cheaper than the parts stores.
 
IAC will be reset after holding 40MPH....instructions in box with new IAC should say to drive over 40 MPH to reset the IAC, at least that is what I had to do when I replaced mine.

There were no instructions with my IACV.

Yeah, there is no "reset" on the Renix--real time processing only.

The ECU keeps the B Latch relay energized for 3-5 seconds after engine shutdown to allow the IAC to be returned to its "start up" position for next engine restart, i.e., a pre-determined programmed pre-set.
