Rear drum leaking!?

whats that part thats on top of the drum that makes the calipers go out and in....its leaking from there

what do i need to fix that?
a wheel cylinder kit? its just 1 spring and 2 big gaskets and small gaskets.....its 2.99...

any experiance on this?
