Readiness Monitors

96 XJ. Every time I restart my XJ when the engine is warm(after sitting about 20 minutes), it throws a code and I get a check engine light. The OBD-II code says something about the O2 sensor voltage being too high. I replaced the number 2 sensor when I changed the cat. It is a Jeep sensor. Eventually it resets itself.

Here's my problem. I need to get an e-check done, and I did reset the code using a scanner. The scanner says "3 of 6 readiness monitors satisfied". I know they are there so you can't just reset the codes and get the e-check. But does anybody know what all six monitors are? What engine cycles do I have to run to satisfy all the readiness monitors.
