I ordered my TNT long arm kit a few weeks back. Everything arrived within a few days. Last weekend I mocked it up on the floor of my garage and noticed two of the crush sleeves appeared to be the wrong length. Called them on Monday morning to advise / discuss. They verified that they were indeed too short. Got home from work on Tuesday (one day later) and the correct crush sleeves were on my front porch waiting for me. Great customer service. Thanks.

I got thier kit last year, While installing I found one of the arms had the upper link bracket holes oversized by like 1/8 inch... I called them and they said that wasn't possible because they only make the brackets in one size... I said it was indeed oversized so they took care of it, sent me another, glad it wasn't my DD...

Very happy with the kit and thier customer service as well I just found it funny they said it wasnt possible... but it was!

I order from them all the time and get the parts pretty much the next day as long as I order before 1 from them. Have always gotten there parts the next day. Marry and Rod are both great people to deal with and I love ordering from them.

Their Dana 44 Axle truss made my life much easier when swapped in the Waggy 44 and long arms.

Glad you guys get great customer service. I busted their drop pitman arm in half that comes with their full 5.5" lift kit and so I call them up to see what size drop it is. Well all they can tell me is that many companies make them but cannot tell me what size drop my pitman arm was, just an answer of " I don't know it just says a drop pitman arm."

Yes I can measure the pitman arm and order a new one, but when a company sells something in their lift kit and doesn't even know how much drop it offers, well it is time to update your inforomation on your lift kits. Other than that and the busted and cracked d44 truss, or the driveshaft hitting my upper driverside link, or my UBE plates bending, I think they have some great products. :yelclap:
