Possible steering binding problem help

So i have a 98 XJ with a 4.5" rusty's short arm lift, rough country track bar, and a rusty's HD tie rod and im running 31's. As of lately, i've been noticing the front seems almost like its either binding or staying in 4wd when im making a hard turn on dry pavement. The wheel kind of jerks a little bit when I am straightening the wheel coming out of the turn... kind of like if i had in 4wd. Any ideas as to what this could be from? I looked at the balljoints for the drag link and tie rod and they both seem good, the trac bar isnt binding up it doesnt look like, and the power steering reservoir is full. I didn't know if there were any common issues that you guys would know of that could be causing this that I could look into first. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Ty

If not in 4x4, you probably have a failed u-joint that is binding.

Or if you are locked in the front, the locker may not be disengaging.
