Overheating woes (good water pump?)

WHY would you recommend a 13 lb cap when the OEM one is 16 lbs? Going to 13 will make it boil over SOONER.

the parts store say to replace with a 13 for some reason
the 4cy use a 13 lb

I bought the 13lb and returned it for a 16

turns out I have a one row poc
that just couldnt deal with this heat

and it was only flow tested for 75%
so on to a 2 or three row
