On or Off Road Trailer

This is not mine but it is a firends so I owe more info:
This is a primarily offroad jeep trailer but can easily be towed on road. I will post better pix and get more details on it but heres what I know.
It has 33" AT Tires on it 5 x 4 1/2 (Spares for the jeep in emergency)
Coil Sprung suspension
Back opens for storage
Air Tank (no compressor) on front
Fresh water tank on front
High lift mount (no jack) on front
battery mounted on fender
I think and ammo can or two for small storage
jerry can mounts

this is a real nice exploration trailer that can be made better or used tomorrow as it sits.

I like it, it's out of the question for me(I'm also not local). Is the water tank pressurized from the air tanks or is the handle on the faucet a pump?

water faucet is a pump, could be perssurized pretty easily if thats what a buyer wanted to do
