old man emu 3.5 leafs

so i got these leafs that are kinda old. the still have life in them. they are from the northeast. so they have some surface rust but i think they are worth atleast 50 bucks.

Why are the all bent in the center???

i am guessing from the center bolt being tight, maybe some axle wrap, or maybe just from being mounted for a few years.
