Just in time for Christmas.
Except, I've been trying to peruse the House version of the bill of late (haven't had a lot of time to work on that - helping a hip replacement to take care of eats up your time...)
One thing I'm sure of - it doesn't address the basic problem. Nor does it since it's been revised.
So, what have we really fixed?
