I am not exactly sure what you are asking.

They are Rusty's U-bolts and when I bought them they were not listed as sized for a particular lift height, only for the axle size. I can tell you they are meant for a single leaf pack not for a leaf and lift block combination.
They should be long enough to fit an 8.25 axle, shim and spring pack of any lift height, unless you have put together some crazy 10 leaf packs or something.

If that doesn't help you please clarify your question and I will try to come up with a better answer.

The U-Bolts are 6-3/4" long and the threads are 4-1/4". Hope that helps.
