New tow rig needs re camming

I just got a new tow rig, literally. I have recently purchased a old slant back car hauler with a 454 in it. It is 1979 3 plus 3(four door) C3500Yes, a big 6 mpg! Anybody know a reasonable price to get someone to pull the motor and put a new cam it? Lunati, has one that should up mpg to 8.5 to 9.5 range. I am intimidated by sheer size to pull it myself. Well, only good thing is I can tow two XJ's at a time now LOL.

why are you pulling the motor to put a cam in ? theres plenty of room if you pull the radiator out . done many in the car/truck , very easy job .

also just changing the cam is not going to help that much . if it doesn't have it try a good edelbrock performer intake and a carb around 750cfm's edelbrock or holley . also headers help too .
