Picked up another project that will be getting done before my jeep since it's for my daughter. She wanted a go kart so I picked a frame and went crazy on buying all brand new parts.

Well the kart is pretty much done, just waiting on the seat belts. My daughter is extremely happy which makes me happy. Now I can get back to the jeep.

Picked up a dirtbound stubby bumper and added a barnes winch plate.

That looks real nice. I like as tight an approach angle as possible. Most winch mounts stick out front too much for my taste. I like this one a lot.

Thanks yeah I wanted to have it sit back as far as possible to keep it out of the way.

This my dirtbound (diy hammer****) not bad considering most winch bumpers stick out real far. Had some shipping issues with db and no directions ect. So I was a bit frustrated, but all in all its not bad for the 250 invested.

Looks good. I had to take a good bit more out of my fenders at an inch lower but I loved how it wheeled.

Just ordered some gears and a bunch of other things. Im gonna be getting back to work on this very soon so i can be ready for nac fest.

I opened up my wells a bit and cut my sliders back to fit the tires a little better.

That picture was from just after Christmas. I took the tree down the day after and you can see it out at the curb just peeking over the hood.

Got home early today so I trimmed up the monster winch plate on my front bumper. Looks so much better.

I'm ordering those boostwerks shackles too in the DIY flavor. I'm happy Eric mentioned them to me they should help a bit. Looking forward to what's in store! You always build some nice rigs!
