My engine pukes oil...help?

As for your blowby problem. There are baffles in the top of the valve cover to prevent oil from blowing onto the air filter/ into the intake. Remove the valve cover and make sure the baffles are clean and you are getting good flow through those ports. If you were, oil could not blow out of the dipstick.
 
You can buy the complete vacuum line setup, both halves, from rockauto.com for about $17 each.

The front larger hose is filtered air into the valve cover, the rear is vacuum out of the valve cover. You need to clean the tiny orifice in the rear of the valve cover, I use a small drill bit, stiff wire should do nicely. Also make sure the line running from the rear of the valve cover is clear and flowing vacuum, and check/clean the vacuum port on the intake manifold.
