There is a much greater battle here....

Environmental groups, supported by unsuspecting and well-intentioned individuals are, likely without exception, ultimately controlled by and have proceeded from those plying a grand agenda. Mikhail Gorbachez, for some time now, has been in-residence at the facilities of the Green Cross, unit of the Global Green global environmental entity, at the Presidio in San Francisco bay, site of a former military base...and now, IIRC, Nat'l. Parks property. The agenda is downward-directed, involving state-level and sub state-level governmental and non-governmental entities and organizations. The target is not only your vehicles but, ultimately, full denial to any human access.....it's just a matter of coming up with a suitably- 'endangered' species of something or other. And...the Gov ain't unaware of the program, either... 'They' are intent-enough in their ultimate goals to even create the 'Environmental Police.'
