I need to have the end of a trackbar drilled/tapped to a larger size (7/8-14 to 1-14). Anyone on here that can do this or know if a shop in town that doesn't mind doing something small/quick like this? Loveland/FTC.

Are you sure you have enough "meat" to drill and tap it out that far?

Good question! LOL. I'm thinking not. 1.25" OD 4130... That thought hadn't entered my mind. Back to the drawing board!

I took a long coupling nut and welded it to the end of my solid trackbar (Ford). It has been working great for almost 10 years.

No sir, I'm good! I was able to make a custom Johnny joint to fit my need. Thanks though!
