Lower Door Skins...2 vs 4 Door

I'm having trouble sourcing Passenger Side Lower Door Skins for my 98 XJ.* Drivers side are in stock everywhere.**

I did find the 2 Door version in stock.* Do you think it's possible to modify the 2 door version?* I would think I would have to buy two of them and cut them down to fit the smaller doors.* Might be easier than making patch panels.
