Alright guys, this really sucks, but i've decided to abandon my project. I ended up stripping my 91 2door body and took it to the junk yard for scrap metal today. So, I pulled the drivetrain out of it today. The motor is a 98 model XJ 4.0 with supposedly less than 40k miles on it. I bought it from a friend a while back. The motor is in really good shape. I want $500 bucks for the motor, considering the mileage. It's mated up to an AW4 and Np231 currently that both have around 160k on them. I have those listed in a different thread and want $100 a piece for them. I'll sell the entire drivetrain for 650 and will include front and rear driveshafts with it.
I also have a D30 vacuum disconnect axle out of the same jeep for sale. good shape, 3.55 gears. Will take 75 bucks for it.
