Now the floor is held down to the mount and not the mount held up to the floor.
I had to cut the hell out of them due to the stiffeners but i don't see that weakening them any.

Always nice cutting up rockers that are in great shape.

But now i wont worry so much when going over big stuff. And soon i can really wheel the thing and enjoy it more. 2x6 3/16th box steel with 1/4" tie ins.



Hate over head welding its always hit or miss when i welt thick steel. But the vertical stuff came out great.

I have had this winch for 14 yrs or so now. Its never given me one problem.
Pulled it %100 apart just to check it all out and all it needed was a re greasing. Time for a new home on the XJ.
