Lifted 1998 XJ for sale. Cracked head

So I have a 98 4 door Cherokee for sale. It overheated last week and I had it looked at yesterday. The outcome is either a cracked head or blown head gasket. It starts up and runs, but it's pretty rough. Anyways here's what she has on her. The jeep passed smog with flying colors other than the visual test for a non CA legal cat. Registration is due this month as well.

4.5" National Spring's custom leaf springs
1" JKS Shackle
4.5" Rustys Coils
Custom upper and lower control arms with johnny joints
Heavy Duty tie rod
Stainless steel brake lines on all four corners
Procomp shocks
4.11 gears
lunchbox locker in the front and a limited slip diff in the rear
Custom rear bumper with swing out tire carrier
32" BFG KM2's The two in the back have maybe 3k miles on them and the two in the front have about 40% tread left.
Hack N tap style SYE with Rubicon Express rear driveshaft
Airraid Throttle body spacer
Front bumper has been modified with a 2" receiver and setup for a tow hitch
