HP D30 strength

would upgrading to revolutions axles allow the bigger u joint to still be the weak point? Rather than the ring and pinion or shafts

Also with a 99 d30 hp i should have 297 u joints which are now 760s if i upgrade? these are direct replacements yes?

I have 1310 spicers on the rear shaft however the grease zerk is a PIA to get to. Is there another spicer variant other than moog that put the zerk on the cap?

Again your over thinking this, and your lucky, because mines a 2k w/ LP D30 w/ a ARB! In 45yrs I have never broken any axle but a couple months ago I went to replace the unit bearings and the axles were frozen to them. So I replaced them w/ Ten Factory axles just for the slight increase in price over the price of stockers! BTW 297=760
