something I did to clean my radiator is used AC cleaner. I got this from out AC Maintanence guys at work and you dilute it with water and spray it on the radiator and let it sit for a while (20-30 minutes) and it foams up big time. After it sits you spray it out with a gardern hose from the back and it come out clean as new, if wanted or needed repeat from the backside.
