So I have been afraid to admit it, but price won(don't have a lot of room in the budget) and i bought the one I mentioned above. $150. I installed it last week and did a run to deer valley in the sierras yesterday and the temp was 95ish outside and the radiator did great. I will update this post if it fails any time soon.
