So here's the deal,I ordered a set of mtr's from sears back in December that were on back order and still haven't received them.The manager suggested I cancel and pick out another tires but I sold my jeep yesterday and don't need tires so I have store credit for $890 that I am willing to sell for $800.At this point you can buy what ever tires you want.If no one wants it then I will use the credit to buy tires for my truck.

They didn't give you a cash refund on product they never provided you?

I'd go back and request it, and then take it up with your credit card provider for the full $890..
