FS: Clean 2001 Jeep XJ with 82,000 and 3 inch rustys lift

Up for sale is my 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport. I will list the following

82,xxx miles on the clock
brand new clearwater head replaced stock cracked head about 6k miles ago, been running strong ever since
A/C runs cold enough, but not strong enough for those 90+ humid days
Viper alarm system with automatic start (huge for the winter)
Rustys 3" lift kit
31" BFG Mud Terrain II's
Professionally installed at an ETD Tire Center
Sony faceplate and all new polk speakers
Car runs awesome, reason for sale is I bought a new toy and dont have the room
car has been mainly a mall crawler and has been offroad a handful of times

that's a sweet start to a good rig, or better yet a daily driver as i'd feel bad running over trees in that thing.

but why the garbage ass lift on this? good luck on the sell.

i sent this thread to a buddy of mine who want's an XJ but one that's in good if not great condition. little high on price for him but no doubt a great start.

the price firm or maybe a little pay in there?
