1989 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4 door automatic transmission.

Rust free California vehicle. Built as a support vehicle for desert racing when I lived in Cali. Renix 4.0 liter straight six. Limited package has all the comfort options: power leather seats with no rips or tears, power windows, power steering, power brakes, power mirrors. Cold A/C. Pioneer supertuner CD player. Amp and subwoofer with XJ Pod enclosure.

Fully custom built suspension (work done by T&J Performance Center in Orange, CA).
Front: Dana 30 axle with ARB air locker, 4340 Chromoly axle shafts, 4.10 gearing, 5.5" lift Deaver coil springs, Rubicon Express short control arms with drop brackets, Bilstein 7100 remote reservoir shocks, Bilstein air bump stops, limiting straps, sway bar quick disconnects, Rubicon Express Extreme Duty track bar.
Rear: Fresh Dana 35 axle with less than 100 miles since being rebuilt, new 4.10 ring and pinion, new factory Trac-Lok limited slip, Rubicon Express 3.5" lift leaf spring pack, JKS 1" boomerang shackles, Rubicon Express monotube shocks.

AW4 auto transmission and NP242 transfer case. Factory metal gas tank skid and transfer case skid. Rear hitch with shackle. Factory front tow hooks included but not installed.

Rock rails and light bar on front bumper custom built by a fab shop in Cali. Rock rails do have surface rust.

4 33X12.50 BFG All Terrain tires on American Racing polished Nitro rims. 1 32X11.50 Goodyear MTR on American Racing polished Nitro rim
Body is completely rust free. Fiberglass front fenders with newer front clip conversion. 6 Hella 500 off road lights. PIAA yellow visibility light facing the rear. Custom built mahogany rear storage box contains the spare tire and provides extra secure storage mounting for the Hi-Lift jack which is included. 230K miles on the 4.0 engine.

Engine knocks but runs strong. Steering column has a worn bearing so the wheel has a lot of play. Heater works so-so. Passenger side rear door doesn't open from the outside.

This rig was built to go fast in the desert but I don't use it for it's purpose anymore. Way too much $$$ invested but plan to buy a house soon so it needs to go. PM or call with any questions. Curt Three 1 Nine 3 Three Zero Zero 9 One 8
