my dad is selling his 1981 VW rabbit diesel pickup. he's asking $3000 OBO. anyone want a 50 mpg commuter truck? :rtm:

1981 vw rabbit MK1 caddy pick up . Diesel , 5 speed , ac - all there but not working.
110,000 miles, runs good ,good body , int. O.K. , has canopy ( shell ) on truck . tires good.
only rust I can find is very small amount by the winshield . hardly driven in years.
Has current non-op . pink in my name , the truck gets great diesel mpg , $ 3,000.00 OBO.
