They clamp to the factory cross-rails and hold the ski's and poles. A flathead screwdriver is required to install, and no tools required for ski removal.
Circa mid-90's or so. Perfect working order, one screw was lost over the years and replaced with a similar screw. They don't say mopar or jeep on them, but came in a box with a mopar instruction sheet.
