Offroadordanance, thanks for the spec sheet. Those are great ideas. I'm not sure how to make it work but I'm sure it's doable. How many psi does a regular PCV let go at?

You could run all your vent hoses to a sealed catch can and one more hose teed into the CCV air filter hose. A shut off valve/solenoid on the CCV manifold hose would pressurize the system via crankcase pressure. It would also prevent sucking in water through oilpan gasket, VC gasket, mains, CCV grommets, etc. The catch can have some sort of pressure regulator set to about 1/2 to 1 PSI.
