engine removal - lift points?

ok, I am almost ready to remove the 4.0l engine out of my 96 cherokee, where do I attach the lifting chain?

replacement 4.0l, do I use the 2 bolts at either end of the engine that face upwards?

I have an 89 but it should be about the same. When I pulled it I used the last head bolt and the top hole for the ac bracket, no valve cover. When I put it back in no valve cover, intake or exhaust used the same ac hole and the last top hole for the exhaust. I pulled the transmission and transfer case at the same time I don't know if this will help you or not.

Use the studs sticking out of the top that run along the valve cover... they are long enough to stick a chain link and a nut over top of it
