Election Scenario

The Dems are poised to lose both houses and eventually the next Presidential election. They still hurt from the Busch Gore loss and figure they have been robbed in the past.

Chicago is famous for rigged elections and winning by hook or crook. Obama brought much of the Chicago political cadri with him to Washington. The ends justify the means.

They steal the next election and the right decides to take a page from the lefts playbook, riots, organizes, demonstrates and generally goes nuts.

The Left aren't fools and can see where this may be headed and realize they are seriously outnumbered in firepower. So they have been expanding many LEO and associated law enforcement organizations. Especially those that are traditionally left leaning, while weakening those organizations that are historically right leaning, like the U.S. military. Any way you look at it, with all loyal government agencies combined, they are still outnumbered 50 to 1.

You can micro attack my scenario, but it is meant to be thought provoking and painted with a broad brush. Kind of a hope for the best, but prepare for the worst kind of scenario.

Been my experience, social issues are kind of like a pendulum, they swing to the left, then swing to the right. The more pronounced the swing the more pronounced the correction.

It can get really ugly, LE has been alienating the citizenry for a long time, one voter at a time. IMO actually growing decent and producing more criminals than they deter and/or just unnecessarily making enemies.

The deciding factor in the next election may be the Latinos. Historically Reagan, Busch and most other Republican Presidents have carried a large Latino vote (percentage). In other words, without the Latinos, there historically isn't much chance of a Republican, Traditionalist, Constitutional right leaning victory. Immigration reform can be construed as racist, whether it is or isn't is irrelevant, it just looks that way and tends to feed the radical rights generally racist attitudes and agenda.

It can't happen here, is likely just what many Governments thought a half a year before it did happen.

The down side is most revolutions end up with a socialist type government and the left may be banking on this and are taking a long term view, to solidify their positions.

I've always been fairly conservative, but reading comments left on conservative blogs is almost enough to make a guy wanna turn liberal....

A true liberal is aligned with the US Constitution, what one could better qualify in today's terms as a Conservative Libertarian.

Don't confuse conservatives with Republicans or liberals with Democrats......both parties have co-opted these designations and neither truely represent conservative or libertarian view.
Both parties are loaded with Progressives, which is why both are so outspoken against the Tea Party because they both feel threatened by the suggesting of restoring government to follow Constitutional principles, at the expense of their personal gain of power and special interest "obligations".

It's refreshing to see a few outspoken members of Congress who are bucking the status quo and actually representing the views of those who elected them. These folks seem to be getting the most heat by both parties, as well as the MSM.

Here's an example of what I'm referring to:

“Mr. President, you work for the American people. “They don’t work for you! And they will not accept nullification of their law passed by their elected representatives. The American people are not going to accept it. They’re going to fight this. They will resist.”

“I’m calling on every person in this body and in the House of Representatives to stand up and be counted in this perilous hour, I think it is a perilous hour. I don’t think I’ve seen a situation in which a president, weeks in advanced, have announced he’s going to take action that violates law.”
“Will we answer that call?”
“Where will history record each of us stood at this important time?”

“I believe the answer should be clear. We stand for law, we stand for the Constitution, we stand for an honorable, lawful immigration system that treats everyone fairly and serves the national interest of the people of the United States.”

Sen Jeff Sessions

Jeff Sessions voted to give five billion in tax payer dollars to big oil business while Obama is giving at least that much to the banks and financial players. Let's find someone who doesn't suck!

Let me know when you find the perfect candidate......unfortunately, they are politicians, so its a matter of pick the ones who suck the least.
