I am new to the whole jeep thing. I also noticed that me drag link was hitting the sway-bar disconnect. Now that I am reading this I also noticed that me my springs are bowing.
They are bowing equally on both sides.
I have rusty's 4.5 inch springs with a 2 inch spacer, fixed lower and adjustable upper control arms and stock mounts. I bought the jeep this way and I haven't had any steering or suspension problems besides the disco drag link thing.
It tracks nice and straight and doesn't pull while braking. No vibrations or bump steer. the only thing I have is a little shimmy when I hit bumps on the road.
Should I just fix the disco bracket and not worry about the springs or does anybody think I have a problem with the springs or control arms?
