Is yours welded?

yes. i know its galvanized. i cleaned + fan + respirator = no chemicals taking years off my life.

i took 1/2 imc ground down to make a snug fit on all connections. then used pre bent 90* for the corners. its all in my heep build thread in the norcal section.

Good on ya man. That is an entirely different ballgame as long as you know its limitations for strength. It wont litterally rattle itself apart like self tapping screws will.

Haha yeah. Im not going to throw 4 or 500lbs at it. But a jack shovel and camping gear will be no problem.. im also building a rack on my back bumper for other gear and gas cans.. ill have more pics as i finish it and ill drop em in my thread..
