Sadly, this will be like when somebody crashes through the gates at a railroad crossing. Even though the dumbass walked into traffic wearing a that kind of camo, his family will probable sue the girl, her parents, their insurer, her drivers ed instructor, the state, the people that paved the road for the state, the automaker(s), and just for good measure, what ever indian tribe that may have been on that land at one time for wrongful death.............. When he was still with the railroads, Dad wanted to go after the estates of those that did stuff like this and running crossing gates for what damages and shipping losses the roads had and to do so before the next of kin could sue them, but the lawyers at both roads were too chicken$#!t to do that.........
