Creaky Jeep

My Jeep seems to creak quite a bit. I think it is coming from my control arms. I have a Rustys 4.5 add a leaf. The creaking is very noticable when pushing the breaks continuously at a very slow speed. Does anyone know of a safe lubricant to put on the control arms.

Haha, yea I guess that would work. I guess I was wondering if anyone else had had the problem and if maybe they agreed with my diagnosis.

Are the bolts torqued? It may be the rear spring bracket things...(sorry, blanked on the name) thoes can creak and make noises especially while pushing the brake continuously at slow speeds.
