COOLING PROBLEM(little long)

all that was listed originally is/was correct. I don't like it to get so hot that it reaches the 260 and hemmoraging state.

not much that was done had much affect on the situation.
 
My point is, I'm quite sure the external surface of the head on mine reaches 235 when the gauge reads 210 (which is where it runs), but mine doesn't go above perhaps 220 even when stopped in heavy traffic on a hot sunny day.

235 degrees measured at the head is not (IMHO) a problem. 260 degrees and boiling over IS a problem. Is yours doing this, or are you just fearing that it might do it?
 
if I go out and start it now, in 20 minutes the overflow tank will be about to hemmorage, both fans will be on continuosly and thye gauge will read 235-240.
