So what is different between the marine and auto 350 that makes you have to mount it like that?

Just curious.

Hmm, does the marine 350 use a Chev big block casting? Does this mean it's jsut a matter of time before a 454 is dropped into an XJ with a cowl induction hood?

well i just happen to have a 454 sittin around (for sale)

i might test fit before i drop the 350 in

when i get some time to do the swap ill take pics of the 454 in place if i can get it to fit
